Savannah Mathis founded ITM Staffing Enterprise with a vision that goes beyond placing workers. Based in Houston and built for the trades, ITM reflects Savannah's belief that people with the right work ethic deserve someone in their corner — not just a recruiter pushing them through a system, but a real advocate invested in their success. What started as a staffing company has grown into a vertically integrated platform: StrideCore for training and certification, ITM Staffing for candidate representation, and ITM Site Support for crew deployment.
